1.18.18 - carnitas!

Since we keep canceling when trying to have a salad bar (coincidence? ;) I’m switching it up! I’ll make carnitas in the instant pot. Please bring your favorite taco/burrito/bowl/Salad items. Some ideas:  rice, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, tortillas, limes, cilantro or drinks... and anything else you’d like! Please post what you’re bringing. See you Thursday!

    Peterson’s will bring chips, lettuce for salad, sour cream and olives. And maybe cilantro😂
